Natalie leads and trains agents as managing broker of one of Reno's busiest offices. Trevor has guided investors from first-time buyers to full portfolio owners, and built the investment technology behind it.

About

We grew up here.

We've watched Reno change, grow and come into its own, and we've spent our careers helping people find their place in it.

Natalie built her career guiding families, first-time buyers and luxury clients, and training agents as a managing broker. Trevor built his in investment real estate: acquisitions for national home investors, then more than 100 multifamily transactions across Northern Nevada, and building technology that makes investing easier to understand.

Together, we started the Richardson Real Estate Group around one idea: Home & Invest. Your home is where you live, and it's one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make. You deserve a team that understands both.

Natalie runs Dickson Realty's Damonte Ranch office, which means she sees every deal moving through one of the busiest brokerages in Northern Nevada. For clients, that's an unusual advantage: she knows what's actually closing, which agents are easy to work with, and where a transaction is likely to get stuck before it does.

A native Nevadan from Sparks, Natalie studied business, finance and economics at the University of Nevada and spent her early career in retail banking before joining Dickson in 2015. The finance background shows up in how she works. She's patient with the parts of a purchase that confuse people, and she doesn't let anyone sign something they don't understand.

Outside of work, Natalie and Trevor are Wolf Pack, Giants and 49ers fans, and she spends as much time as she can camping and fishing in the Sierras.

Trevor has spent more than a decade in Northern Nevada real estate, with 100+ multifamily transactions. Before brokerage, he worked in acquisitions for large institutional home investors, learning how the biggest buyers underwrite a home.

He founded Address Income, real estate investing technology that turns complex underwriting into clear numbers anyone can read: rent, cash flow and returns. He brings the same tools to every client, whether they're buying a fourplex or their first house, and he has trained investment agents across the Reno market.

Born and raised in Reno and a proud University of Nevada, Reno journalism graduate, Trevor lives in South Reno with Natalie and their two cats.
